According to WHO, about 25 % of deaths among children under 5 are determined by unfavorable environmental factors. Each year environmental risks, such as indoor and outdoor air pollution, passive smoking, and water that does not meet health criteria, kill 1.7 million children under the age of 5. The interrelation of the structure and functions of the immune organs with the basic bodily regulatory systems contribute to the fact that immunoactive states remain the main causes of morbidity and mortality, especially in children. The male reproductive system is particularly sensitive to immune status disorders due to the abundance of actively dividing cells and high inherent metabolic level.
