Morphofunctional changes of the immune system of broiler chickens while breeding

Бесплатный доступ

It is established, that by the moment of birth only central immune organs - thymus and bursa - are formed, a spleen and a lymphoid diverticulum, like lymphoid organs, are formed throughout all the period of breeding, and to 42-day's age this process does not come to an end. Morphological changes in central and peripheral organs of an immune system are in coordination with the immune answer to vaccination that took place during this period. Morphological changes in bursa are much stronger marked and become apparent earlier. Morphological changes of a thymus become apparent later.
