The features of the influence of genotypes of kappa-casein and prolactin on milk production of cows Tatarstan type. At the Tatarstan type of cattle a certain connection of genotypes a kappa casein and prolactinum is established with dairy efficiency of cows. Genotypes a kappa casein are associated with quality indicators of dairy efficiency (the content of fat and protein), and prolactinum – with the size of a yield of milk. Thus desirable genotypes are VV a kappa casein, prolactinum AA.
