Raising the prestige of the engineering profession at the enterprises of coal industry of Russia by means of fundraising in the youth environment

The article identified the role and importance of social intelligence as in the determination of a person's behavior in general, and in the professional activity of technical officers in particular. For example, the coal industry revealed current problems in the development of social intelligence engineers, as well as factors constraining the growth of intellectual potential. In view of the problems identified, developed the main directions of the simulation engineer social intelligence, relying on industry specific professional activity in the mining industry.
