Modeling of the process of providing personal services in the hotel complex in IDEF0 notation

The article is devoted to the use of the methodology of functional modeling IDEF0 notation as element of process approach to management in the hospitality enterprise. Developed context and decompensirovanny chart of the process of provision of services and top of the first level. The description of each feature on the chart was to identify the inputs (which are converted in the process), outputs (the result of the conversion of the entrance), management (what guided the execution of the function to get the desired result) and mechanisms (what resources function is executed).
