Modeling and optimization for inter-branch economy of the region

The model of optimization of the inter-branch economy of the region formed based on the dynamic inter-branch model of Leontiev is considered. The optimization problem with the criterion of maximizing the household consumption vector is reduced to a discrete optimal control problem based on a discrete dynamic model. The resulting discrete optimization problem is considered as a linear programming problem for the vector of industry gross outputs in the region. The developed optimization technique is tested on real data for three large sectors of the economy of the Republic of Buryatia. As a result of solving the linear programming problem by the simplex method, the effectiveness of the proposed optimization technique as a means of solving complex problems of optimal control with phase constraints arising in the simulation of inter-branch balance is shown.
