The effect of the frequency of infrared laser radiation on vessel growing into the fibular proximal epiphysis of golden hamsters at the age of 10 days and more has been studied. The frequency of radiation pulses coming to 250 Hz has been found not to inhibit the growth of intraosseous vessels for radiating power of 2 mW, wave length of 0,89 µm, and exposure of the session of everyday 2-min. radiation within the period of 5-80 days, in comparison with control epiphyses. The radiation frequency of 1000 Hz 3-5 days inhibits the growth of vessels and the formation of bone nucleus; the radiation frequency of 2500 Hz 20 days postpones the beginning of vessel growing into cartilage and the emergence of bone nucleus in the epiphysis. This phenomenon objectively confirms the presence of direct connection between growing of vessels into the cartilage and bone tissue formation in it, as well as the extension of the period of epiphyseal dysplasia process in fibular epiphysis at the expense of laser radiation frequency increase.
