Model of the labor market in the conditions of the digital economy

The article is devoted to revealing the tendencies of development of the Russian labor market in the conditions of formation of the information society. The characteristic features of structural elements of the digital labor market are determined. The author designed a model of the labor market in the digital economy. The features of this model are revealed, as well as the necessary conditions for its functioning.
