Model of development of professional experience in crisis situations of military higher school graduate students

Introduction. Military professional education is focused on ensuring the national security of the country in the context of an objective crisis reality. Changes in the conditions of professional training for officers actualize the importance of the practical component of military education, the possibilities for developing professional experience in crisis situations during their training at military schools. Materials and Methodical Toolkit. The study was conducted in two experimental groups on the basis of the military University of Kazakhstan using a systematic, personal-activity and interdisciplinary methodological approaches. Results of Survey. A structural-functional model of developing professional experience in crisis situations developed by graduate students of a military college has been shown. The model is based on its constituent elements, which, being equivalent, in a complex predetermine an increase in the effectiveness of the officer training system itself. Conclusions. The importance of the model in the educational process of a military higher educational institution is emphasized and the possibility of its application in the systems of higher military professional education of the CSTO member states is defined. Prospects for the development of the topic in pedagogical theory and practice are outlined.
