A comparative analysis of the microflora of the mucous nasal cavity and pharynx in calves with clinical signs of pneumonia and indoor air, where they were kept calves. It is established that the dominant populations in the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract and in the air livestock buildings is Enterococcus spp. with antibiotic-resistant properties.
