Interregional integration as an effective way of state management of the region's economy

The article deals with the essential content and features of the practical implementation of the processes of interregional integration in the context of ensuring an increase in the efficiency of the development of the regions interacting within this process. The dualistic conditionality of the development of mechanisms of such integration is noted, caused, on the one hand, by objective conditions of tightening market competition at the territorial level, and, on the other, by the active stimulation of integration processes by central and regional authorities. It is proved that the key aspect in the implementation of integration processes for a particular region is the allocation of elements of its socio-economic system, the development of which can ensure the most effective implementation of the competitive advantages of the territory and extend the multiplicative effect to the interacting regions based on the implementation of the propulsive effect. Based on this, a conceptual approach to determining the directions of the formation of poles of interregional integration with similar characteristics is proposed.
