Weak improvement methods on a floating network of operators in the optimal control problem

The paper proposes first and second order weak improvement methods for optimal control problems on a floating network of operators. The algorithm derivation technique is based on the theory of V.F. Krotov. Conditions for the unimprovability of control, which are closely related to necessary and sufficient conditions for a weak local minimum, are given.
