Sistems-on-chip (SoC) and Networks-on-chip (NoC) are perspective element base for the aviation equipment of new generation. In article the transition reasons from traditional 2D approach to design NoC to 3D design and the new tasks arising upon this transition are considered. Requirements and restrictions which need to be considered at design of communication systems for 3D-projects are considered. Options solutions of problem of creation the reconfigurable communication system for 3D NoC are proposed.
