The article considers the review of dissertations in history, education, arts and cultural studies which have been defended in 2000s and were devoted to the study of Russian music culture in the years the Great Patriotic war. The authors analyze methodological approaches of theses, paying special attention to the formation of interdisciplinary conceptual framework.
