Methodological aspects of the management of innovation in scientific research institutions

This article discusses the classification and methods of managing innovation in research institutions. It justifies the model of evaluation of state innovation assessment in these institutions. It shows innovation mechanisms and projects, including specific examples. It proposes guidelines for the evaluation of the innovation impact in research and development system. And it concludes that there is need for a special data management methodology activity as a set of relevant methods, models, methodologies and methodological recommendations.
