Methodology solutions of the problems of organizational management (OMO) by the enterprise

This article discusses the issues of analytics of non-formalizable tasks of organizational management (OSU) in the general system of enterprise management. An approach to the presentation of these tasks has been proposed and a methodology has been developed that combines the BPM and S-BPM approaches into a single whole.
