Methodology for assessment the capabilities of mobile computing data centers

This article focuses on the problem of online use of data processing tools in conditions of a given level of availability, reliability, security and manageability. Within the framework of this problem, the issue of calculating and evaluating the capabilities of computing tools of mobile data centers is quite acute. A method of calculating and evaluating the capabilities of computing facilities of mobile data centers is proposed, which allows calculating their performance and the volume of computer processed data. This allows assessing the sufficiency or need for measures to improve the efficiency of mobile data center computing.
