Methods of calibration the hydraulic models of rivers and reservoirs

At creation the computer models of water objects for hydraulic calculations major importance has the adequacy to the developed model to real water object. Such adequacy is reached by calibration the parameters of model. The calibration essence as problems of optimization, methods and techniques of carrying out calibration of computer hydraulic models of water objects with use of HEC-RAS program complex as calculated tool is described.
