Methodological foundations for a qualitatively new training system for a service enterprise

The article considers the basis for the formation of a qualitatively new system oftraining of small and medium-sized entrepreneurial structures. It substantiatesthe necessity of organizing new mechanisms of financial support for the formationof educational infrastructure within the framework of the coordinating inter-enterprise service cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises. Statistics onthe formation of the Russian crowdfunding market is given. Fundamentalsof a f undamentally different approach to the assessment of oppor tunitiesand interaction in the interactive space of the labor market are proposed.New elements of the system of training for service enterprise personnel areformulated. The necessity of formation of crowdfunding platform and digitalspace of interactive and virtual entrepreneurial interaction for the formationof educational infrastructure within the framework of the coordinated inter-enterprise service cluster of small and medium-sized entrepreneurial structuresis justified.
