The article discusses the possibilities and conditions for the use of public-private partnerships in the defense industry. The author proves the usefulness of model concession agreements and offers adapted to this current regulatory frameworks, as well as improve the existing system of accounting for the results of intellectual activity of military, special and dual purpose.
