The mechanism of behaviour regulation of educational system in the region

Possible mechanisms of behavior regulation the regional educational system, realizing training of highly qualified personnel for the enterprises of productional and non-productive sphere are considered. The presented modern model of continuous education in the region describes system of interrelation between subjects of social and economic policy, conforming to all-system requirements at federal level. In work three groups of factors defining behavior regulation of social and educational systems are formulated, and the main regulators are listed. Ways of resolution conflicts between subjects of polyvariant educational process are planned.
