Mechanism of customs actions in detecting administrative offenses related to protection of intellectual property

This article analyzes the mechanism of actions of customs authorities in cases when they reveal signs of administrative offenses related to the protection of intellectual property. Particular attention is paid to the measures taken by customs officials to prevent the release of counterfeit intellectual property.
