Mathematical model of symbol sinchronization system of terrestrial receiving and registering station of telemetric information in conditions of fluctuation signal’s amplitude

The article presents a mathematical model of the symbol synchronization system of terrestrial receiving and registering station of telemetric information in conditions by the random initial phase and the fluctuations of the amplitude of the received telemetric signal according to the generalized of Rayleigh law. For the formalization of the mathematical model is applied the widely known in communication engineering approach based on multiway search-detection threshold. The adequacy of using the developed model on the basis of evaluation of the characteristics of detecting symbol timing system is confirmed.
