The new design of the device of asynchronous engines smooth start-up in the amplitude way, different from known decisions, is offered by minimum quantity of the operated semiconductor keys. In comparison with traditional execution the smooth start-up device in the form of the thyristor regulator of alternating voltage provides increase of power factor of the electric drive at the improved current form the stator windings. The three-phase booster transformer forms a constructive basis of the offered device, supply and which switching of primary windings is carried out at a high frequency by means of only diode-transistor module. Efficiency of the proposed solution is confirmed by the comparative analysis of options and results of computer modeling of asynchronous electric drive in Matlab/Simulink program.
