The article examines the features of the modern market of marketing services in the context of the logistics of managing customer relations and building the work of promotional personnel on the principles of logistic engineering. The article presents the main results of a study of the commercial activities of a leading regional marketing agency that promotes goods and services throughout the Russian Federation. The business processes of this economic entity are subordinated to the goals and objectives of advertisers who want not only to present and promote their products on the market, but also to create the most efficient client ecosystem for constant communication with potential and real consumers.
