A linguistic approach to big data processing in the legal sphere

The article substantiates the method of analytical and information processing of large corpora of legal texts, during the application of which it is possible to mark texts as “reference”, optimally structured and representing information, terminologically uniform. The obtained results make it possible to optimize the creation of legal texts by modeling according to standard samples.
