Kurganinsk historical museum: stages of forming the collection and current activities

The article describes the main events related to the foundation, the formation of the collection, the replenishment of the vaults and modern activities of the Kurganinsk Historical Museum. Initially emerged due to the initiative of the local kolkhoz administration as an art gallery, the museum has come a long way of development. Now it is one of the most important centers of regional culture. Kurganinsk Historical Museum today is not just storage, study and exposure of representation of artefacts and art treasures, but also a platform for the communication of representatives of different generations.
