Investigated problems in the field of culture in the Republic of Mari El. Based on the monitoring of visits by citizens and cultural institutions for 7 years, identifies priorities and challenges identified in carrying out cultural policy at the regional level. All this allowed to make proposals for improving the quality of services in the sphere of culture at regional level.
