Crisis of the handicraft industry cooperation in Samara region at the beginning of the New Economic Policy experiment, 1921 - 1923

In this article the author examines the reorganization of the handicraft industry cooperation in Samara region under relatively liberal economical conditions of the early 1920s. The author underlines that the transition of the cooperation system to the new management conditions was rather difficult and until 1924 that kind of cooperation was in the state of crisis.
