The article examines some features of modern crime, in particular, its commercialization and globalization, which is in a direct relationship with the quantitative and qualitative growth of economic crimes, committed by officials and other staff with official authority. It allowed formulating conclusions about the expansion of scientific knowledge of the forensic doctrine about the victim and, as a consequence of the expansion of its role in the formation of the forensic techniques of investigation of these acts, including in the direction of the forensically significant features of legal entities as victims
