Creativity as the basis of innovative pedagogical activity

The article considers creativity as one of the most sought-after personality traits in the modern world, which enables a person to solve problems in a completely new extraordinary way, to create fundamentally new and original ideas that deviate from traditional or accepted patterns of thinking. A psychological and pedagogical analysis on the problem of studying the creativity of a teacher in professional activities has been carried out. Teacher’s creative and creative potential was studied. The main approaches of creativity as one of the characteristics of the teacher’s personality qualities were revealed. It was emphasized that the creativity of the teacher was manifested in his professional activities and had an effective impact on the education and training of students. The main purpose of this article is to explore the concepts of such phenomena as “teacher creativity” and “pedagogical innovation”, which increase the productivity of professional activity.
