At the moment, the creation of an artificial liquid medium on the burn surface seems to be one of the promising areas of combustiology. In this article, the study, analysis and systematization of a number of scientific materials on the issue of skin regeneration of burn wounds in an artificially created humid environment and the possibilities of applied wound coverings published in rare and Russian journals are carried out. A modern view on this issue is shown, while special attention is paid to the processes of wound healing, its phases, as well as the types and likelihood of medicinal coatings in the treatment of burn wounds against the background of a humid environment. It was found that the enhancement of the therapeutic efficacy of a moist environment on the surface of burn wounds is possible with the use of wound dressings in an artificially created liquid environment and hydrophilic drugs for external use. The therapeutic efficacy of each method was studied. It has been found that the management of burn wounds using a moist environment is an effective conservative method that can be taken for various burn wounds. They contribute to the relative rapid healing, reduce the progression of its processes and the purity of wound complications.
