Coaching and perspectives of its use in modern higher education

The development of the modern system of higher education is influenced by the trend of growth of its innovativeness. Accordingly, the development and introduction of new teaching methods becomes an important task for the development of educational activities in Russian universities. The article considers the possibility of using coaching in the educational activities of a technical university. Coaching has proven itself in commercial practice. But in technical universities it can be used with restrictions.
