Cosmic microwave background in the relational approach

There is proposed a new interpretation of the cosmic microwave background (CMB) radiation within the framework of the relational approach. The key concept of proposed interpretation is strongly connected with the ideas on the “temperature of the interstellar space"put forward by G. Weyl, A. Eddington, E. Regener andNernst in the 1920-1930s. In accordance with the relational justification of the cosmological redshift and modern data on the luminosities of stars, a new estimate of the CMB temperature was obtained. The main idea of this estimate is to account for the energy of the emitted, but unabsorbed radiation. According to the relational approach, this energy is distributed by the relations between the emitter and all possible receivers, until it will be really absorbed. In a system of a large number of emitters and absorbers, like the Universe, this leads to a situation when the observer perceives himself as possessing some additional energy, which is associated with the detection of additional radiation that is situated in thermodynamic equilibrium with the detecting device...
