Corporate victims of crime: concept and content

The article presents and analyzes some controversial positions of researchers on the correlation and appropriateness of the use of basic victimological definitions: “victim of a crime”, “victim of a crime”, “victim of a crime” and “object of a crime”. Some of the normative legal acts of the Soviet, modern Russian federal and regional victimological legislation considered in the study also indicate the absence of common approaches to terminological units. The author proposes a grouping of victims of crime, additions are made to the conceptual scientific apparatus, which includes various meanings of corporate victims of crime.
