The basic schemes of technical solutions for deep soil compaction are considered. The evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of the design of devices is successfully applied, applied on construction sites in Novosibirsk, Omsk, and others. The Lavrentiev Institute of Hydrodynamics SB RAS and LLC Scientific and Production Company “Hydromechanics” Developed technology and equipment for deep soil tamping which is a working equipment for heavy crawler excavators, allowing to receive wells with a diameter of up to 0.9 m and a depth of up to 4 m. Novosibirsk inventors L.M. Bobyleva and others (Novosibirsk) developed devices for rolling up holes in the ground, including a base machine, arrow, mechanism for turning the boom, carriage, frame rotator, working body, drilling rig, a mechanism for moving the carriage and a mechanism for turning the frame. The device rolls a borehole with a diameter of 0.25... 0.4 m and a depth of 6 m. The design of a cone-shaped spreader based on a hydraulic excavator for deep compaction of the road is proposed. Destruction of the road surface occurs as a result of instability of the road foundation. This damage is a consequence of violations related to the process technology and methods of compaction of soil and the application of existing soil compacting techniques. Small violations turn into dangerous deformations of the road. These indicators lead to a reduction in vehicle speed and economic efficiency. The constructive merits of new technical solutions are substantiated. Purpose of the new technology: redistribute the external load to the local area of the working body, which will make it possible to perform the process of compaction of the soil with a significantly lower installed power drive actuator in the form of a cone spreader.
