The article is devoted to the problem of increasing information reliability of distributed inertial navigation system (INS) on the basis of various measuring instruments principle of operation. The proposed solution of the above problem relies on the majority scheme for stochastic monitoring, diagnostics and for optimization of INS structure through the generalized state parameters. The technology for generating diagnostic models to detecttion, parry and prevent of violations. The results of practical realization of such architecture INS are given, the block diagram of the software and hardware of distributed INS are given. The obtained results of mathematical modeling of collaborative information processing of distributed INS on the basis of various measuring instruments principle of operation.
