Monitoring professional activities of higher school instructors in course of organizational changes

This article takes a look at basic problems of controlling teaching staff's activities in educational organization in the situation of change management. Most attention is paid to changes in management functions in this situation and a manager's ability to fulfill these functions. The author suggests a model of a teaching staff's activities in the situation of change management.
