Competitiveness of students of senior courses on the labor market (on the example of Tyumen State University)

Annotation: the article presents the economic and sociological approaches to the analysis of competitiveness in the labor market. The concepts of "competition" and "competitiveness" are given. The article presents statistics and expert survey of employees of the career center and work with graduates, which allow analyzing the competitiveness of graduates of Tyumen State University. Also identified the main reasons for the choice of work is not in their specialty and the problems associated with the employment of students of Tyumen State University.
