Competition of regulations in exemptions from criminal liability

Chapter 11 of the Criminal Code defines several types of exemption from criminal liability, including in connection with the imposition of a court fine. The list of such types, in connection with the novelties introduced in the Criminal Code, has significantly expanded, which has led to the problem of choosing in each particular case one or another norm to be applied, i.e. to the competition of the norms contained in Chapter 11 of the Criminal Code. Having studied various points of view on this problem, the author suggests ways to overcome it.
