Conceptual provisions for the purpose of forensic examinations in the investigation of crimes against life and health committed by juveniles and young people for extremist reasons

The article analyzes the specifics of special knowledge in the form of the appointment of forensic examinations in the investigation of crimes against life and health committed by juveniles and young people for extremist reasons. The author carries out the analysis of typical types of forensic examinations prescribed for criminal cases of this category of crimes, draws attention to various flaws inherent in the investigative and judicial practice in this sphere, associated with the rejection of the appointment of certain types of expertise, wrong choice of legal expertise, the wrong definition of expert problems and formulates appropriate forensic guidelines for the mentioned defects prevention.
