Conceptual provisions of formation and development of research-and-production clusters: international experience

The article considers the conceptual aspects of formation and development of research-and-production clusters, developed by authors with regard allocated to them the advantages of this form of development of international and regional economy, as well as in accordance with the modern conception of competition, suggesting a need for innovative improvement of the subjects of the regional economy and their associations.
