Conceptual basis of a proactive risk-management system formation

Constant changes in the environment, global economic crises, increased competition on external and internal markets, lack of time to make and implement decisions result in a risk for the activity of any business to become more complicated, changeable, unstable and unpredictable. The article deals with the concept of risk-management. The author proposed the concept of proactive risk management and developed an algorithm for its implementation.
