A conceptual view of the automated system of the international relations department of the university

This article considers concepts of an automatic information system, as well as an electronic document management system. In the context of integration processes in modern world universities must perform a task of documentary support (universities meet a necessity of supporting) learning process of a large number of foreign citizens. Existing systems do not suit the specific conditions of each educational institute. For solution (In case of solving) this problem, work was carried out (Amount of work has been done) to develop a conceptual model of the automatic system of International Communications Department of the university; AIS purposes were defined; its work schemes were constructed and described.
