The concept of criminalistic methods of pre-judicial proceedings and litigation of fraud: goals and objectives

Introduction: the article substantiates the need to develop a concept for constructing a full structure criminalistic methodology for pre-trial proceedings and court proceedings of criminal cases of fraud. Materials and Methods: the basis of the study was the method of materialist dialectics. The general academic research methods were analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, comparison, etc. As private academic methods, statistical, formal-legal and some other methods were used. The materials of the study were statistical data, investigative practices data and studies. Results: the article reveals and argues the idea of forming a methodological framework or concept of the criminalistic methodology for pre-trial proceedings and court proceedings of criminal cases of fraud, the provisions of which will serve as a tool for developing private methods of investigation and trial of new, previously unknown types of fraud. Discussion and Conclusions: the need for the formation of the concept of a criminalistic methodology for pre-trial proceedings and court proceedings of criminal cases of fraud is substantiated. The goal and objectives of this concept are formulated and the main stages of its formation are proposed.
