Complex residential development of urban areas: the stages of management and their main characteristics

The article analyzes the main stages of managing the complex residential development of urban areas, identifies the main problems associated with the conditions of implementation of each stage of the project, suggests options for solving problems in the mechanism for managing these projects. The results of the research make it possible to deepen knowledge on the implementation of integrated housing projects, as well as to improve the mechanism for managing the stages of implementation of such complex projects.
