The improvement of the modern education system in accordance with the principles of humanism and individuation involves the development of theoretical models that best reflects the content and nature of the helping children with disabilities in particular educational complex. The relevance of this issue to date is explained by the increasing tendencies to increase the number of children with various disorders of development and health. For a long time the education system was shared by all children in ordinary and persons with disabilities are practically deprived of possibilities to get education and to realize their potential, along with healthy children, they did not take institution, where he studied normally developing children
