The Main goal of higher medical education is to form the personality of a specialist who will be able to self-development, self-education, and oriented in related fields of activity. The discipline "Adaptive physical culture" of the Chita state medical Academy contributes to the acquisition of special knowledge from students of medical universities in physical education classes, as well as the ability to analyze the formation of General cultural skills. With the transition of the higher education system to a competency-based approach, "adaptive physical training" is focused on using its potential to develop the maximum skills and personal qualities of future doctors, which is an advantage for the wider development of cultural and professional skills of the confirmed person to ensure the success of the person in all areas and during training in the educational process of the University. Physical education plays a very broad role in the education of professionally important qualities of the future doctor. To be able to perform operations and provide emergency medical care, the future doctor must have sufficient physical training and experience in sports (choose rehabilitation tactics that will improve the patient's health). Physical fitness is important for the medical profession.
