Communication in afferent-type motor aphasia

Among the variety of forms and types of speech disorders, aphasia is given a special place. This is due to the fact that the unfolding clinical picture of the disorder is always extensive and is considered one of the most severe consequences of brain damage, in which all types of speech activity are systematically disrupted. The mechanisms of development and course of aphasia are not similar to the mechanisms of dysarthria, not logoneuroses (disorders of smoothness and pace of speech), not speech disorders in deep dementia. In the broadest sense, it is a disorder of the ability to use speech that occurs against the background of organic brain lesions of various pathogenesis. Aphasia is a disorder based on violations of previously formed speech at various levels.
