Clinical variability of facultative mental disorders in Alzheimer's disease

Clinical structure of mental disorders in Alzheimer's disease has been represented through obligate disturbances in the kind of syndrome of cognitive impairment and variable facultative behavioral, psychotic, affective disorders. This article presents results of investigation of structure of dementia syndrome in early and late types of Alzheimer's disease. Clinical heterogeneity of psychotic disorders depending on indices of cognitive status of patients with dementia has been shown. We used clinical-psychopathologic, clinical-dynamic, neuropsychological, statistical methods of research.
